Antiquity

Antiquity is a beautiful forced patina cable.  The 1B connectors are media blasted right back to bare brass, then brushed to remove the dull blast finish before being forced patinad to give a beautiful, natural looking aged finish. The sleeving is also brass, using Techflex Flexo Brass, a raw, untreated pure brass sleeving. This has also been treated in the same way to give an aged, burnished bronze with hints of blue/green verdigris along its entire length. The whole cable, including the 5ft host side is sleeved in genuine brass.  The perfect compliment to any keyboard with lots of brass or copper, or indeed any metal on show, or wooden boards and accessories, or just if you like an antique, steam punk aesthetic to your desktop.

Note: This is a hand made cable utilising real patina. No two cables are identical. The general type and level of patina will be the same, but the actual patterning of the patina will obviously be different with each cable.

Type: USB Type C keyboard connection. USB Type A PC connection.

Device Side: 4 inch straight. (17.5cm) excluding connectors.

Host Side: 5ft (152cm)

Cable:  26AWG LSZH 4 core shielded.

Quick Connect:1B Lemo style connectors, forced patina raw brass. All soldered connections are insulated with injected silicon.  Patina is clear coat sealed.

USB:

• Device Side - CNC Type C finished in Graphite Black Cerakote with subtle splatter pattern using a gold plated connector. Epoxy resin filled to form a solid state connector.
  
• Host Side - Gold Plated with black genuine Techflex Polyolefin 3:1 shrink and silicon injected.

Sleeving: Sleeved in pure raw brass sleeving, gently chemically aged to a patina.  Genuine Techflex Flexo Brass.
