Limited Lifetime Warranty on Premium and Pro-Themed cables
So confident are we in the exceptional quality of our cables that we offer a limited lifetime guarantee on all Premium, Pro-Themed, and certain Design Your Own cables (see warranty details). Should your cable become faulty as a result of manufacturing or defective parts, we will replace it. Other cable makers offer a repair service... but we think that it's best to buy a cable made by someone confident enough to offer a life-time warranty, knowing it will not require any repairs.
