GMK Hyperbeige (Official Collab Cable)

Produced in conjunction with GTour and the GTour Hyperbiege Discord community.

Designed to match GMK Hyperbeige keycaps, this cable uses our custom formulated Cerakote.  Mixed in house and matched to the actual keycaps not a Pantone or RAL swatch or code.

Type: USB2.0. Type C keyboard connection. USB Type A PC connection.  (Type C to Type C available as a custom order - please message first)

Device Side: 4 inch (10.1cm) straight, excluding connectors.

Host Side: 5ft (152cm)

Cable: 26AWG LSZH 4 core shielded.

Quick Connect: 1B Lemo style finished in custom formulated Cerakote to match GMK Hyperbeige keycaps.  Two versions available. 1. Main body matching GMK TU5 teal with latch sleeve accent matching GMK DY Purple. 2. Main body matching GMK DY purple with latch sleeve accent matching GMK TU5 teal.  Injected silicon insulated.

USB:

Device Side - CNC copper type C finished in custom formulated Cerakote to match GMK Hyperbeige: DY Purple for the purple version, and TU5 teal to match the TU5 teal version.  Two part resin filled.

Host Side - Nickel plated type A shell and genuine Techflex Polyolefin 3:1 shrink in grey. Silicon injected.

Sleeving:  Custom dyed MDPC-X XTC to match GMK Hyperbeige alpha keys (GMK L9).

Notes on colour fidelity: This product is colour matched to genuine GMK Hyperbeige and may not be an exact match to cloned/replica copies.  Colour matching done in direct sunlight. Use of discontinuous spectrum light sources such as fluorescent or low CRI LEDs (particularly RGB white LEDs) should not be used to evaluate colour fidelity as metameric failure becomes a factor.  Images shot on Nikon D800E using studio flash, and white balanced at raw stage using a calibrated grey card.

Certain ABS plastics are prone to fade or colour change with age and UV exposure, and also resin mixing tolerances are not perfect for any manufacturer from batch to batch, so one round of a keycap set may be slightly different from the next. Being different materials than the keycaps, Cerakote and sleeving may also appear different in certain lighting due to differences in surface texture.  We have done all we can within the limits of practicality to ensure the best colour match, but minute differences may sometimes be beyond our control.

 Note: Design style of CNC Type C connectors may change without notice due to supply changes.
Please ensure that your keyboard can accommodate CNC Type C connectors. Some keyboards have very deeply set type C sockets set in very narrow openings such as the Kohaku. If in doubt, please message me before ordering. If there is any damage to the Cerakote finish due to poor fitment or attempted fitment on a keyboard not able to accommodate CNC connectors, no refund will be issued.
